Three x Three
3 days left on my usual food regimen:
- Thank goodness. I feel like “The Woman Who Ate Toronto.”
- Oh, no! I really don’t like feeling restricted. I definitely have to work on that idea.
- I’m ready. Really, really ready.
3 things I want out of this change in my life plan:
- Achieve a BMI in the normal range.
- Be physically active every day.
- Eliminate all prescription medications.
3 things I’m looking forward to:
- Sleeping restfully.
- Fitting in any chair, anywhere.
- Feeling in control.
